The participant is “You”, while the Webinar coordinator is “The Consultant”.
The Consultant is an Immigration Consultant of 19 years Canadian Immigration experience with vast knowledge in your area of interest.
This webinar is a closed zoom session and invitations will be sent out to participants the night before. Materials forwarded are not to be shared with non-participants.
This webinar will not be broadcast on Facebook or any other social media platform so please register below and make payments to receive Zoom access.
Fees paid are neither refundable nor transferable.
Cancellation
If there is cancellation, The Consultant will reschedule the participant for a future date. If a participant misses a rescheduled date, fees paid will be forfeited.
Liability
The registered participant shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Consultant from any claims, losses, legal fees, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses or suits from any claim.
The Assessed is “The Client”, while the assessor is “The Consultant or RCIC”.
The Consultant is an Immigration Consultant of 19 years Canadian Immigration experience with vast knowledge in your area of interest.
The Client will provide in record time via email, all documents required by The RCIC.
This review takes 14 business days from date complete documents are received.
The RCIC will briefly review documents, develop an assessment report, forward a copy to The Client, and schedule a 15-minute telephone call to The Client all within the allotted time.
The assessment report will expire 10 days from date forwarded
Where the Client requires Immigration Program application handling and consultancy, new fees will be agreed.
The laws in effect in the Province/Territory of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable shall govern this Agreement therein.
